its from her album called "hardcore" that came out in 1996

dre interpolated the same song... 'bumpeys lament' (from isaac hayes shaft soundtrack) for XXplosive on 2001

I think you can find the intrumental to Rakim's Dr. Dre produced "Clones" from Oh My God on KaZaA too. (That's how it's labeled)
