Which line are you talking about? I don't see how any of that could be interpreted as a dis, let alone one to Dre.

just words dont give you the same feel as the song, he not dissin though he just means that they dont make shit to smoke to, and then he kicks in the beat, which is more mellow and shit.

i was listenin to it on radio rip and not album version and it sounded different neva mind
