Go back to 1992 and before that. A lot of those songs now sound dated, but what songs still sound good?
I'd say:
N.W.A - Niggaz4Life (the whole album) 1991
D.O.C. - No one can do it better (A couple songs sound dated, but overall it still sounds good) 1989
N.W.A - Fuck the Police 1988
Add to the list....

-
Regulate...G Funk era!
-
brotha lynch huung - return of the baby

Ice cube - predator album

Aww hell, that's a lot of years, alot of albums. Shit, there's so many albums that still sound good (or better than ever) in those years that it would take the whole board to come up with all of them. Fuck, it's the foundation of that shit we all know and love. Those are the albums that got me hooked into this hip-hop shit, that's more than music for me.
