we all start out from the beggining/
noone can say they were always winning/
noone can say they started perfect/
their best shit takes time to get to the surface/
people dont notice the newest emcees/
im here to make a name for myself with these/
new words, original shit comin out with it bit-by-bit/
old shits getting damp mines gonna be lit/
im like a muther fuckin old school skit/
right now im a begginer a rook/
im still workin on it just take a look/

look at all these people who are rookies keepin it cool like me/
practicing playing hookie in school just to be the best emcee/
look at half these people now/
aint nuthin but highschool dropouts/
listen before you leave your school just to end up startin to steal/
you better get a muther fuckin record deal/
look there are a lot of good people who startin at the bottom/
you got respect for them dont you when it comes to deals they nearly got em/
lyrics come to them so much more naturally/
i may be a rookie but i still cause damage collaterally/
