Title: Against the Wall - anyone seen it?

in which Samuel J Jackson stars as a prison inmate and they show how the prisoners are beaten up by the police and killed in the end. I heard it was a true story and that it happened someplace in america. Anyone know??? I saw the film a few years ago but don't remember the name. The film has all these explicit scenes and stuff.
