He sold 8,517 units.... It sure is less than 24,000. Its an officail FLOP!
Who do we blame in this case for the faliure of the album?

we cant blame nobody ,like someone else said PRIORITY Records is a Small label and Im sure they let this one flops because most of the album was made with old songs,and also they are now On Chingy's side because his single is blowing up and they are getting ready for Lil Zane's Return,I love Roscoe but I knew this would happened and nobody care about him because nobody knows him the only ROSCO they know is the one on Star Trak Records

Nobody likes his type of music. They want to hear crazy loud shit where somebody's chanting shit over and over again like Lil Jon or Bonecrusher. If you start yelling "I AINT NEVA SCAREEEEDDDD, I AINT NEVER SCAREDDDDD, I AINT NEVA SCARREEEEDDDDDD" over and over, it's a hit today. Roscoe has funky beats, tight rhymes, fast delivery, interesting things to talk about. Nobody wants to hear that. Now, If he made a song where he kept yelling "ITS ROSCOE BITCH, ITS ROSCOE, ROSCOE, ITS ROSCOE BITCH!!!" over and over again, with some shit that sounded like a jet crashing in the background looped, he'd probably go plat. Also, he needs more gold shit hanging off his neck, lots of big flashy watches would help, big ass boots and pants that are at least 10 inches too big for his waist. He needs to tone down the talent, and would do much better if he stopped freestyling, or showing up anywhere sober.

It's still early, I think it will move about 150,000 when it's said and done.. I was skeptical, but I I got it on the shelf and gave it a good listen I like the almost the whole album.... Anyone thinkin on if they should get, I say go ahead, it's nice..

dude I am no fan of record labels at all, but these artists need to get over that. I mean u guys act surprised, like this type of thing has never happened before. I know as well as all of you know that record labels don't do shit for westcoast artists. Every fuckin rapper in the industry knows this as well. yet everytime a westcoast artist flops he blames it on the label. I mean does every rapper comming out think that they are the special one to get attention from the record label? These artists need to do something else. They either need to go independent, promote themselves heavily while being backed by a major label, or basically sellout. Anyone should know that nowadays its not about quality of music. I mean Beautiful could easily be snoops most popular song of his career so far. Maybe not, but easily within the top 3 songs of his career. Now I think everyone on this forum (even the stupid guys) could pick at least 10 songs of snoops that blow beautiful out of the water. So I think westcoast rappers just need to decide what to do:go independent, or sell out, or try a big label and promote the hell out of yourself w/o their help. But stop blaming the record labels, cause that does nothing at all. We have seen it a hundred times, westcoast artists flopping due to lack of promotion. Duh! And unless your name is Dr. Dre or Snoop Dogg, their is a very high chance that the same thing will happen to your album.

Well, at least 1 copy was bought in indiana :( Scoe deserves some chedda for this album. It was sold out at our local Target. And Columbus only has 30,000 peeps, so I'm surprised it didn't sell better elsewhere, being that we are a zillion miles away from cali.

Remember back when "The Brother" couldn't get cleared by the people that own the cheers theme song? Priority purposely leaked the track, to try and generate some interest, because they knew it was a good solid song. The people that work at priority (or used to, before it all got switched around) and do the hiphop promotions are good people, that's one reason why snoop's had so many records distributed through them, even after his deal with them was done. It's not the labels fault, I just blame hiphop in general, the entire marketplace is screwed up, talent plays absolutely 0 role in it anymore.
