Does anyone know how to transfer VHS or DVD to your pc?

i used to know this program for ripping dvds..........oh well i forgot what it was,tough luck

If you have a DVD rom drive in the PC then there are lots of applications to read directly from the disc.  

For VHS or if you don't have a ROM drive you will need a video capture card or gfx card with vivo capabilities.  Check out http://www.vcdhelp.com the best tech guides for encoding/capturing etc.

You will need dvd ripping software, try searching on google.com under "ripping dvd's to cd" or something.  I know there's a program available that will do it that you can probably find on Kazaa or something.
