To Chop up samples you need a program that will let you do that. I suggest Cool Edit pro. Thats the best program to chop beats up or for recording vocals & mixing a track. U could do alotta shit on there. Its basically like having a mini studio on ur computer.

Download this...This is just a trial but you could find the crack on kazaa that lets you keep it for good.
