Correct me if I'm wrong, but this came from the Bay Area, and also that song from Frankie Smith...it coulda been around before him or before the Bay was sayin it...but I jus think it's stupid that MTV had shet like "learn some Snoop slang" and that white girl from NY talkin about "On Tha Last Meal, snoop created his own language"

He brought it to the forefront, but thas the same thing many rappers have done...if he got credit for makin it big I could see, but they say he invented it, which is nowhere close to the truth.
Even with E-40, he didn't create "Pop ya collar" but he brought it to the forefront.

yes and snoop paid homage to that in the video for the first single from the last meal.. the song was called double dutch bus... and he had a bus with that written on the side in the video
