someone sent me this IV Life song wit Tray Deee on it called "Cali Swangin" and theres apart where Tray Deee says

"ur new to this/Ludacris can diss us/Crip cuzz you dont wanna Ce no victim"

whats he talkin about?

Its a lot older than that... and it depends, there are two versions.

The remixed version is on 4Life Vol1, the original version is on the free 4life Vol 1.4 mixtape.
