man FUCK death row i aint even downloading the shit >:(
-
Suge still eatin' off the old crew... He oughta move on to eatin' off Crooked I. Catch my drift?
(How come they got Regulate on there?)
-
lol,
thats all they bring out....
2pac albums & old material from former label artists.
oh..., and also wack compilations ;D
-
(How come they got Regulate on there?)
cuz its originally from the above the rim sdtk.
-
Deathrow startin to piss me off!!!!
-
Lol, tha's how they work, earning money off their old artists. And actually, they can't make money in any other way. It's a shame to see how Suge has ruined the label, I mean, if he did put out a Crooked I album when he was one of the most hyped artists, the situation could be pretty different.
-
wtf a new 2pac cd with old tracks thats wack
-
i got the last death row album cuz it was in the sale at hmv for a fiver !! ;D
-
Shit, THEY should pay US for purchasing their crap.
-
fuck that, I hope no one on this forum supports death row with these albums, cause u should already own every single song on cd already!
-
WTF is that 2Pac album?!?!?!?!?!?!????? Is it like a spin-off greatest hits or somethin? What the fuuuuuuuggg
Yeah man I was already 95% sure that the only way Death Row would sell, if they did, was usin their old artists, but now I am 98% sure that is the only way they will sell, unless Suge Knight threatens MTV to the point that they play all of his new artist's videos. Besides, how do u diss artists who were the only big artists on ya label, but continue to release old shit from them just because thas the only way u can make money? Pathetic.
And a grip of those songs from DPG 2002 were just thrown on the greatest hits.
-
that death row greatest hits volume 2 has a fucking dope tracklist, so i'ma cop that shit.
and as a real 2pac fan i'm gonna buy that album too. fuck the haters.

Thing is that this is Deathrow Europe, they are the ones who signed Mark Morrison and who released the best of Dr Dre album last year with a very similar cover to that 2 Pac one, along with the Snoop Dogg's greatest hits cd as well. I think they have actually just bought a european license to use the previous Death Row catalogue, and so they releasing all these compilations. I don't think Suge himself is actually making that much off of these albums individually, he just sold them the rights to the material and now they releasing all these albums. They even nabbed an old Daz verse and put it on a remix of one of Mark Morrison's tracks, they that desperate.

Yeah, that's true. All the songs on those albums are already classics, everybody should have these.
Man, instead of concentrating on releasing compilation cd's, he should get his ass up and start working on the Crooked I album, promotion and shit. Goddammit.
-
What a joke these to "albums" are.
Purchasing those would be quite a waste of money for most of us.
-
WTF??????? Stop livin' in the past and release Crooked I!
-
The 2Pac album makes much sense....
The Prophet = The Profit, that Death Row will make on this album
-
am7 said that these 2 albums re NOT authorized by death row records and that they will block both releases.... so....ahm... WTF?
-

Read what I put. Death Row obviously don't like what Death Row Europe is doing with the material that they have bought the rights for, and that is why they trying to block the albums from being released.
