Post by: bez on September 29, 2002, 01:18:42 PM
Considering Jay hasent posted this weeks results I have took it upon myself to keep everyone informed of how things are going in the BarcleyCard Premiership.

Results

Spurs -0-, Middlesbro -3-
Sunderland -1-, Villa -0-
Man City -0-, Liverpool -3-
Leeds -1-, Arsenal -4-
Everton -2-, Fulham -0-
Chealsea -2-, West Ham -3-
Charlton -1-, Man utd -3-
Bolton -1-, Southampton -1-
Birmingham -0-, Newcastle -2-

All in all a good week full of plenty of good goals and the league is pretty much looking like how I feel its proberly going to look at the end of the season.  West Ham picked up there first win of the season thanks to some magic from Di Canio and Liverpool's under fire striker Micheal Owen proved to all critics that he still has the finishing feet by scoring at hat trick away at Man City.

Arsenal yet again look unbeatable and Henry is a top class striker.  Everton kept there home form going by beating Fulham 2-0, this was a great game and we played well, even had a bit of fighting in at the end which is never bad.

The League.

Lets face it, Arsenal are going to run away with it this year. 4 - 1 away at Leeds is crazy. Middlesborough played well. Liverpool had a nice game aswell, good to see Owen getting a few, that should boost his confidence.

I'm going to my first game of the season tomorrow, Sheffield United Vs. Wycombe in the Cup.

;D

I dont really keep up with   soccer   (They hardly show any soccer here in  the USA  except for  that  shitty  MLS)

But  I  caught that   Arsenal/Leeds  game  ........ and  shit!    Arsenal is a  damn good  team!

It looked like  grown men  playing against little girls!

Quick question ........  why  does  Arsenal have so many  black players?    How many of them are    England  bred ?

haha MLS, did you see 1 of the fastest goals ever. It was Kansas City vs L.A and the ball had just been kicked off and sum guy hit  shot and the keeper for L.A ws walking back to his goal and the ball went over him and in, lol fuckin classic.
