After we brought you the exclusive news on the new Boo Yaa TRIBE album "West Koasta Nostra, which is set to come out September 2nd, we can now bring you their new single! It's called Bang On and features Mack 10, and is produced by Battlecat. The beat is pretty fast, upbeat, with nice keys and sounds that remind us of the classic Battlecat sound. The beat is banging, specially when you turn it up! I like the way the keys and violins are used throughout the track. Boo Yaa themselves come off dope, they sound focused on the mic and their delivery is hard (as always). Their flows fit the beat perfectly, I would say the chorus is the only letdown, not that it's bad, but it's just the typical "Haters wanna bang on the G, thats why I gotta bang on them" shit. Mack 10 comes off surprisingly dope, his flow is tight, I'm feeling it.
I think with the right promotion, this could do good, although I don't if it will appeal to the mainstream. But I know we'd all rather have a banging track than some washed up commercial track for the sales. Okay enough talking, it's your turn to tune into the song now, so download it below!
Boo Yaa Tribe feat Mack 10 - Bang On

Riddsta has one of the hardest flows ever...its perfect...i think hes one of the only people fuckin wit techn9ne when it comes to that rapid fire flow...the beat is aight...but this is some summer shit...Dime came off...he keeps climbin the ladder...Dime is almost back to his old self...

Hmmm. It's not your average Boo-Yaa track, is it? To be honest I've only heard the Doomsday album, but this Battlecat beat just sounds a bit light-hearted for them to be on. Boo-Yaa are some hardcore, genuine gangstas, and IMO that beat is too cheesy for them. Still, it bumps, and maybe that's all that matters ;)

pretty good track...nice beat.
-
The track sounds good. Seems like I have to look out for their new album...
-
Tight track, I like the beat...Battlecat did a great job. Chorus could've been better, but it's not bad neither.
I can't wait till the album gets released!

Haha... That's kinda crazy how they quoted Nima... ;D
A REAL tight track in my opinion. Both the beat & raps are dope. The chorus is a let down though... But it's all good. That won't ruin it, not at least for me.
You can also download the full Bang On song at the sarinjay.com site in addition of those snippets. Now I gotta go listen to those...
