yes true.... 2 things though..

1) dubcnn posted it in low quality wma. i know coz i encoded it for nima.

2) we have permission from phil da agony

i dont know the ins and outs, but i know we nima permission and i expect it might have been a condition of that.

you should also take into account that west coast 2k just got shut down for posting up a low quality rip of that new mary j blige/dre track without permission.
