It's Dr. DRE, featuring 2pac, CALIFORNIA LOVE. Not the other way around. Dre had the whole damn song done solo, then Suge wouldn't let him release it since he didn't have an album coming out, they bumped it up, took a dre verse off, put on Pac's, and released it early instead of saving it for Dre's album.

The only person I've ever even heard mention that, is Eminem. When he did Em-TV, he said "2pac, featuring... naw, wait, lets do it right, Dr. Dre, featuring 2pac!"
