Last night after the WWE Vengeance PPV, a fan challenged John Cena to a rap battle while he was signing autographs. Those who witnessed it claim that Cena is truly a talented rapper and has a gift for freestyle battling.

I've known all along that Cena has talent, but other people on this forum say that he has no talent.

i would like to hear him for real. not just the stuff he does when he comes to the ring but an actual battle

Cena said in an interview with www.tsn.ca/wrestling that he was releasing an album soon.

John Cena is said to be working on a rap album called "Basic Thuganomics". It is scheduled to be released for early 2004 and is being recorded in Massachusetts. WWE will have some affiliation with it's release and fundings. No news on what record label will release the record.
