Yeah it's a brand of clothing, but usually when someone talks about Dickies he's talking about khaki pants. Daz wears some Dickie's khakis on the cover of his new album and I got a pair like his too.

I used to sport dickies, but now that I'm 24 I had to graduate to Dockers and Kenneth Cole. (Dickies for grownups) I still rock my blue Dickie coveralls when I'm workin on my car tho.

Just like Timberlands, dickies were meant were one thing, but street heads made it another thing. It's really meant as blue coller gear for people who work in factories and work in docter offices. But heads in LA thought to wear them just to waer them. I have a friend of mine from LA that said Mexican crews were the first ones to rock them starting in the late 80s/early 90s. If any of my info is wrong, please someone correct me.
