Is the Best of Saigon Part II the same as Dj Kay Slay presents Sagion on the Go Back? I think they're both the same cuz they both have 16 tracks. I'm not sure tho.

It is the same.  I was excited seeing a new Saigon mixtape but pissed after I downloaded it cause it's just a different title pretty much.
