cause i know Top Dogg version has silk the shocker  >:(

I think it's just unreleased - someone here mentioned recently that it might have been because Master P didn't ant the lable to put out dis records, so Snoop re-recorded the tune with Silkk.  

Good track though - Snoop and Silkk were always a dope combination (see 'Throw Yo Hood Up') - one of the best things to come out of Snoop's stint on No Limit IMO.
