Title: From Photo to Comic?

Yo.

I've got to give props to Photodoctor Graphics, they do absolutly the best CD Covers out there.

And now here is my question. How do I let a simple photo look like a comic or painted like this JUvenile cover:

Is this possible with photoshop?

This sure is possible, what Funkdoctors did with this picture is bomb it with all sorts filters which I dont know what filters. After that they probally smoothed it up with a Burn tool.
