Any suggestions on what Image editor program I should use?  I use Ulead Photoimpact right now and its just hella basic....I'm lookin for something I have a lot of possibilities with......Oh and I need to find a Image of a Crazy/Mad Jester........holla...

I just starting using photo editors a few months back, and I tried out Paintshop Pro 8.0 and Photoshop 7.0.. and I gotta say Photoshop was better, easier to use, more possibilities and more intuitive.
