Way 2 Fonky = groove 2
Safe & Sound = groove 3
Balance & Options = groove 5
Under The Influence = groove 6

im just asking this myself for a very long time. it should be on rhythm-al-ism but there is no groove appears on.

It's 'El's Groove' on Rhythm-al-ism. Started life as an instrumental, ended up as El's jam :)

I thought it was the end of Whateva U Do where it goes into that little 2 minute instrumental.

But i guess it could be El's Interlude, or even Rogers Groove on Balance. hmmmm  ???

yeah, some of those "quik's grooves" tracks are tight as fuck.
since they just instrumentals,..... he should use them to rap over. they sum quality shit.
or snoop should use some of them for the vol.3 mixtape
thatd be dope

nah ... don't agree with you homie. The beauty of Quik's Grooves are that they ARE instrumentals. He uses the instruments to speak - no need for raps at all.

Don't think he'll ever pluck up the courage to release an instrumental album, but IMO that's a problem with his perception of his audience rather than his musical ability.

If there was a Quik's Groove CD...  :o

***Roger's Groove from Balance & Options***

Also, doesn't he have Groove #7 on the Best of Quik?
