LOS ANGELES -- A 22-year-old man faces charges for allegedly secretly videotaping nude tenants at his home.

Prosecutors filed more than 54 misdemeanor counts of invasion of privacy against Nicholas Moore, saying he rented out rooms to three of the 25 victims.

The investigation began after one tenant found videotape equipment in a bedroom in February. Moore runs a pornographic Web site, but there was no evidence that any of the videos from his home were used on it, said Staci Johnson, spokeswoman for the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department.  

Authorities allege a five-month investigation found that Moore videotaped his tenants and guests changing clothes, showering, having sex and in the bathroom.

Moore, who was not available for comment, was not arrested and will be notified by prosecutors when he is scheduled to appear in court.

this happened to a guy that used to work for my dad.  his landlord drilled a small ass hole in the wall an he would videotape it whenever the guys wife used the shower or went to the bathroom.  an the funny thing is the guy got off b/c at the time there were no law in new york against it lol
