hey does anyone know how to connect the tv-out cord to ur vcr and record the movies off the vcr to ur computer...there is a way to do that and i have that cord it came with the video card can u show me any instructions on how to do that

The TV-out cord will allow you to watch your PC screen on a TV.  

To record video from a TV signal onto your PC you will need a video capture card.
