whats up with tracks like number 2? where the person (2pac i guess?) is just talking with modified deep voice

That prob never heard of "Soulja"

2Pac had a character he created in his music called "Soulja". anytime u hear that deep voice in a track, well there u go. It's a Digital underground {Group} multiple persona type....u know.
Pac would rap an entire verse in that voice.

"Ready 4 whatever" (feat Big Syke)

*On a side note: I think Pac prob dropped "Soulja" as an effect cause he got the sound outta a real dude....he Had Syke...lol
