Title: Online shopping fraud

My homie ordered some car parts online, and he says they haven't sent him his shit yet, and when he calls they always tell them they'll ship it a certain date but they never do. I wanted to help him out, but what really can one do? Is there a way to report them or something?

wait until that date, if it hasnt been sent by then, find out what's up.. if its in your own country, you can report it to law enforcement, in australia we have the ACCC which investigates shit like this
