It says that this movie was released on dvd in March or 1998...I thought that this movie was being released on dvd on March 30...anyone know if this was relased before on dvd???

yeah it was released before, but its the 20th anniv, so they're doing a special set.

yeah scarface was arond forever on dvd , they just stop printing them up to bring in a lot of revenue and anticipation when the anniversery set comes out because it's being made popular again so the demand is going to be THROUGH the roof.  but yeah if you watch crips all of the rappers have it on dvd , i think they got the one's that say golden series or some shit like that.
