it sounded like smiff-n-wessun. song was actually relativly big hit. i jus remember the song had some broad singin for like the last minute of it. i kno it wasnt off of the dah shinin so that crosses out any songs from there. it sounded like it was out around 1999.

Im guessing its from their album "Dah Shinin" which came out around 99'. Standout cuts: Wrektime, Wontime, Sound Bwoy Bureill, Bucktown, Stand Strong, hellucination and stand strong among others.
Maybe that will help you. :-\

And that album came out early '95.
The only Cocoa Brovaz song I can remember from '99 is "Super Brooklyn" and I doubt you are talking about that. Maybe it's from The Rude Awakening that came out in '98.

I know they had a video for a song off of a Rawkus Compilation. But, I can't remember the name off top.
But, like C2K said, only single that I remember from 99 was "Super Brooklyn" with Mr. Cheeks.
