For those that don't know Snus is like a tobbaco that you can use without smoking. Different to chewing tobbaco. You just put it up under your lip onto your gums.
On the weekend I was at my boyz house and they got their hands on 100 boxes of this stuff, I dont know how coz its illegal for sale in Australia.
I know most Norweigian & Swedish students at my uni use it. I tried it for the first time on the weekend, and the stuff is pretty good. It's like being high for a few hours, it relaxes you to your bones.
Anyone else use this before?
Jome I know you must know about this since they use it out in Norway...tell me whats the deal with it...like health consequences etc etc. Coz i dont smoke shit, but I quiet like this stuff.

I thought it was called snuff? At least here in the states I think that is what it's called, and I heard it has a high risk of causing gum cancer.

i dunno if its the same shit...i was readin on some site how studies have shown it has no link to any cancers...but id rather know from some1.

i had a couple week habit of that shit, but its fucking gross, for sure u can get cancer in your mouth and gums and shit, and all that gross shit that can grow from it. its fucking gross. dont do it.

it's nothing like tobacco, it's some other shit with nicotine... used to have little pieces of glass in it too, but that became illeagal.
it's not like Snuff either, snus is much thicker and more "moistured" than it.
i use snus every now and then, but if you use it for too long your mouth gets all fucked up, like it's digging a hole towards your nose.
you should try putting one in when you drink tho, opens up some pores or something in your mouth, so you get more alcohol in your blood ;D

On a longer term it fucks up your underlip and teeth..
Gumcancer is a possibility, but the way the inside of your mouth looks if you're a longterm regular users should scare most people off..
You're not supposed to chew it, you're supposed to make the snus tight packed together in a little portion, and put it under your overlip..
They also sell prepacked portions of it, so you can just put it right in.
You can't get high off it, but it might give you a relaxing feeling.
I DO NOT recommend putting it in a drink though, that fucks the whole drink up, imo.
It's supposed to become illegal in the E.U., and I think Swedes are the only ones denying to make it illegel, but I think that's still being discussed..
It's pretty popular in Sweden and Norway, mostly young people are using it, I'd say people between 13-30 is the biggest core of users..

i think they used the little bits of glass to cut open the gums, so the nicotine can flow into ur bloodstream easier.

I used to 'dip' all the time when I played baseball. I quit tho, cuz I heard about all the cancer and shit you can get. The best is when you take some chew and wrap your bubble gum around it, then chew it. 8)

damn... hahah i couldnt remember waht the actual process of stickin the thing between ur lips and gums was until adon brought it up..
man for one period of time, i was dippin and smoking cigarettes...
and its pretty wakc when u use dip, that u gotta have like a bottle with you at all times, to fucking spit out ur brown saliva...
after a few weeks of that shit, i started getting nauseous off that shit.

It can fuck up your lip badly , but that will take many many yeaars of addiction .
Also , It cames in many different flavors , and "pose-snus" is snus already rolled and packed in paper .

Try out Hawkens or Gold River for a sweeter snus ( its fucking nasty to roll though )

Yea Jome...I got a box of just loose snus and one box of packaged it comes in little bags. I can't roll the damn thing upo properly and after a while it slides down onto your teeth and looks black.
I probably wont use it...i just finish these two boxes!

snus is pretty cool.. many ppl use it sweden, but its nothin special..
and about the cancer... snus is not worse than smokin.. i think its pretty equal..
i often take a snus when im drunk.. but that makes me dizzy and makes me wanna throw up.. :o ;D

it wont be illigal untill beer and ciggarets gets illigal :P
