I'll save the "C-Walk is for crips only" arguement for somebody else, and jus answer your question...
Well the first time I saw the C-Walk on TV was in WC's video, "The one" and he was the person who really put it on the map.
Other videos that have any sorts of walk in it are these:
Xzibit - Get ya walk on (C-Walk and B-Walk)
Faith Evans - You gets no love (Clown Walk, dude was doin the heel-toe in front of Weinerscnitzel)
Westside Connection - It's tha holidaze (C-Walk, B-Walk, parts of the clown walk)
WC - The Streetz (C-Walk, offshoots/ripoffs of the C-Walk)
Three Six Mafia - Ridin Spinners (The Gangsta walk, which is a slower offshoot/ripoff of the C-Walk)
Movies/DVDs that I can think of that have any walks in it
C-Walk: It's a Way of livin (C-Walk and Clown Walk)
DJ Quik - Visualism (B-Walk)
Banged out (C-Walk)
These are all I can think of off hand.

I actaully think he was B-Walkin. He had a Red Bandanna in his hand while he was doing it.

WTF?? since when was there a B-Walk and how different is it from the C-Walk...?

Well, according to the DJ Quik Visualism DVD, he saw his lil nephew doin the mexican hat dance with a twist to it, so he took that, modified it and made it the B-Walk. He said it's more of a dance, and it's not as serious as the C-Walk. I heard of the B-Walk like in 97 but it coulda been somebody jus runnin their mouth about it. But the c-walk has been around since the 70s so I figure there have been bloods to do variations of the c-walk in a way to fit them. Now it does look different from the c-walk, but if u had never heard of the b-walk, and u saw somebody with no blue or red on, and he was doin it, u would just assume he was doin the c-walk. I kno somebody from Inglewood Neighborhood Piru, and he does the "Piru-Walk" which I think came from the b-walk, but i know that he does spins to do the loops in the P, and he supposedly spells out piru, but to be honest I don't think he's spellin out shit.
