Title: KRS-ONE is about the best rapper in the industry right now

Anyone else agree? I got into him really late so I'm sure I know  alot less about his music than you guys but daym so far I'm lovin it. Some of the most meaningful lyrics I've heard in hip hop and the beats fit his style well... drop your opinions on the dude and any interesting facts bout him

I got six of his albums. I think KRS is one of the dopest storyteller - listen to "The Truth" or "Wake Up", very funny ideas. But for me he isn't the best rapper though.

KRS has a lot of skill and i respect the effect he's had on hip hop but i definetely wouldnt say hes the best...i've never really felt his voice and style...as far as lyrics and beats go he's dope as hell...i just dont really like his voice.

lol yeah i feel ya... his voice can get a lil annoying but there u go, I got excited over his lyrics cause they're really way beyond many of the current rappers. hehe n yer agree about those songs :) thanks for not slamming me badly lol

Best Rapper in the industry, my latest personally upgraded and summed up top 3 these days(in no particular order):

Talib Kweli (Been bumpin both Quallity both Reflection Eternal ALOT lately)
Em(Aint nothing changed still is a lethal mc)
Canibus(his latest album is simply dopefully sickening,instant classic shit, the biggest surprise of the year for me)
