It changes all the time, but currently it's "Brandy" by Looking Glass.  I like it because in the song, the guy & the girl can't be together, but it's not because anything was wrong with either of them, it's just a choice they had to make.  Even though they're not together and won't ever be together, the girl is still hopelessly in love with him and wears a chain with his name on it, and chooses to live alone instead of settling for someone she wouldn't love as much.

Black Star feat Common - Respiration

Amazing atmosphere to the track, there's just a vibe there that really makes you feel like you are sat watching over a city at night. The beat is amazing, and all three of them completly rip it, especially Mos.
