Title: how can I learn how to make web pages?

what programs do I need, and where can I go to learn about it?

you can build some pretty basic ones using geocities, its pretty easy, just like uploading pictures to this forum and what not, except you dont have to link, its all ver simple. no html required, but you can do it if you want.

dreamweaver ultra-dev, frontpage or namo web editor are all good to get started with

If you weren't ten years old you would have figured out how to look at someone's profile and click on the link next to Webpage.

Yup, also I find http://hotwired.lycos.com/webmonkey/ has some usefull tutorials when your stuck.

you need some WYSIWYG tools...i use dreamweaver, its pretty easy to use. for some nice scripts visit http://www.dynamicdrive.com.
