"The setup" ft. Nate Dogg
I dunno mayne... doesn't seem like a smash hit, but damn.. this track grows like crazy.
The chorus & beat is dope as hell, but Obie is too invisible on the track, imo.
-
It's not a bad track, I wouldn't have made it the single if I were Obie even though Nate's on it.
-
What a Dumb ass... He gots another song with Nate thats 20 times better in the album! Why dont make a single for Average man ? lol tss
-
he should of made oh a single. nah he should make a remix version with busta rhymes an nate dogg. that would help push even more units 4 him
-
i think the single should be Oh!
-
I think it should be "Lady" feat. Eminem
-
Not the best choice, but not a terrible choice. Especially since maybe Fred Wreck can get a lil' exposure from it.
-
shit hits the fan shoulda been :)
-
fredwreck didnt produce it, dre did ;)
-
The Set Up...hmmm, I don't think this song will have a lot of success. We'll see.
Hopefully he'll choose one of these tracks for his next single:
Lady
Hands On You
Uh oh! (This song is hot, Busta has a catchy chorus)

i dunno about a single with tracks like oh on the album but i dunno why this joint gets so much hate, i said right from the start that this joint is MAD TITE. the beat is sick, obies story tellin is sick and its one of a few tracks obie really rips shit up his own way, specially the 2nd verse and nates hook is like whoa, im luvin this track from day one, one of the better tracs off the album.......all the dre tracks were heat imo, peace
-
It should either be "Look in my Eyes" or "oh"

It should either be "Look in my Eyes" or "oh"
definitely.. prolly the 2 hottest songs on the album
-
There are so many songs on the album, which would be better promotion for his album, like "Lady", "Bad Bitch", "Shit Hits The Fan" (would love to see a video for it), "We All Die One Day" (club-banger) and "Oh!" (no need to explain). I don't feel "The Set Up" very much.
