Why do I like artists such as: The Neptunes, Clipse, Nore, Luda, P.Diddy, Da Band, Chingy, Baby, Lil Wayne etc.? Just because I talk bad about 50, Em, Dre and Snoop don't mean I hate the mainstream. It means I got a mind of my own.

Neptunes are hated? Really...Only on this board I guess. Diddy gets props, maybe not from you, but from a lot of people he does. The South, well damn I've been a South fan since the early 90's so let's get off that tip. Dre is OK, but he's getting lame. Em has NO replay value and destroyed himself with the gunplay lyrics. 50, haven't liked that scumbag since I first heard "How To Rob" on The Wake Up Show back in 99, again, get off that tip. Snooper Dooper, well he's booty. Everyone knows it. But, he's still popular.
I don't need to "feel" that I have a mind of my own, I know I do. I don't need to follow what the next man says, I dictate what I like. Just because WCC says someones dope, don't mean I think so. Only a few cats on here are like that. Lincoln and Hatesrats, pretty much.

You're saying most rap fans don't like the South? Is that why Lil Jon is the best producer out right now? Is that why the Neptunes and Timbaland are some of the biggest producers around? Is that why Luda, Lil Flip, Baby and others from the South sell so much? Oh right. WCC hates the South. WCC must equal most rap fans ::)

Eminem has NO replay value TO ME. That's enough reason for me not to like him. If I can't bump your music more than twice, then it's not that good. As an emcee he's overrated. He has a dope rhyme scheme, but his content is redundant. He talks about the same bullshit time and time again. I'm tired of hearing how he hates his mom. It's real fucking annoying. I'm tired of hearing about Kim. Switch up topics sometimes. And, now that Em is the number 1 studio thug, it's even worse. A majority of his beats are full of "bullet" sounds. He's always talking about how he's gonna kill this person and stomp someone else. What happened to the Em who was having fun on the mic? People say he's became mature, well if talking about blasting people is mature, then I guess they're right.

and that's why I ignore most threads about em.. I don't come in and start hatin every opportunity there is(n't).. that's why I'm still not a hater

They knocked out so many hits, it's not funny. Pharrel is a dope artist, his voice makes him unique, and his outlook on the world and music industry is what makes me a fan.

LoL! Although they both don't write their own lyrics, I see a lil' difference between Diddy's voice/flow/delivery and Dre's ::) He's on a WAY higher level as emcee, even if he needs ghostwriters.

BTW: Did you know that Puffy doesn't even choose his own flow for his parts? G. Dep once said in an interview that either Black Rob or G. Dep himself has to record Diddy's parts before he's recordin' them, so that he recognizes how to flow right. I don't know why Dep said this (Puffy is still his CEO and this fact made him look more stupid than the biggest hater expected), but he DEFINITELY said it (if you want I'll search the article [was from a German hip-hop magazine] and translate it, so that you can see it).
So as you can see: Puffy is the shit fo' sure :o ::)

dre- flow/vioce on another level, and from what ive heard is that he changes alot of the lines written for him to make it sound better, and alot of times gives themes of songs to the ghost writers, and only says things he feels fit him and his persona

I'll put it like this:
SGV likes to defend artists that isn't popular at the time, and praise unknown artists, usually in comparison with a very popular artist, usually in a exaggerated and unrealistic manner to make people notice, but often causing the opposite.
In other words, SGV is a fan of going against the grain even how many people he might have against him, instead of just looking at the raw facts and agree with the masses for once.
