Did I say you have to be from Long Beach, Compton, South Central, Watts etc to be hard? Nope. There are plenty of harder areas in the world. My country, Honduras, is one of the worst places in the world. So, I'm not saying L.A. is the hardest place on earth. What I did say was this.
