produced by a guy called Sunny Henry,

its the title tack from the lifestyle album of the same name


now its in better quality i can tell you the hook goes

and even tho NIK claimed the other day he knew it wasnt dre all along here is the post 1) where he said it was dre, and 2) showing he was originally going to pull a shortyo and rap onto it himself...

Man, NIK was really desperate for affection and praise at that time, those old posts are hilarious.  

Overseer, does the beat even sound like a Dre beat or what?  ANd where can you hear the album?

i found a copy of this album last week and Seer is right, this album is dope. nothing but that Long Beach sound all over it, smooth album ;D
