here's a rumor from allhiphop.com:
OK. This might not be the last of Jigga’s albums if Jimmy Iovine has anything to do with it. Urban folklore says that the Interscope CEO has already offered the Jigga man $5 million upfront to do an album produced exclusively by Dr. Dre. We think Jimmy should double that. Make it worth Jay’s wild. Chew on that instead of turkey, people.
i find it hard to believe
-
its a genius move.. for the money it might be worth a shot.
jay-z.. lots of loyal fans (but i'm not one...)
dre... lots of loyal fans (but i AM one...)
get all the dre dickriders on jay-z's nuts.. and vice versa...
sell like hot cakes
-
that's kinda fucked up. they should be doin that with Snoop. Call it DoggyStyle 2. that would be THE rap album of this new millineum.

but anyway, allhiphop posts some bullshit...theyre the ones who were talkin about the nas/jayz collab plus the dre track was to be included on black album....so ill believe it when i see it.
-
I don't believe that but would be dope without a doubt 8)
-
yeah i forgot about AHH's lack of reliability...
but it would also be a sell out in more ways than one ;)
-
Wasn't it HipHopsite.com who posted that Nas/Jay-Z and Jay-Z/Dr. Dre crap?

i doubt it but it would be an interesting collabo... dre brought out the best in snoop maybe he could do it for jay-z... still in my opinion no jigga album can touch reasonable doubt and never willl... the black album was decent thou...

Well, there is the ashtonishing coincedence that every Dre/Snoop collabo has been very dope (and don't mention 'true lies' ,it might not be on the level of the others but i do think it's a great track.)
-
cuase Dre pushes snoop. he drives him to be everything he can be. when was the last time you heard "izzle kizzle frizzle for shizzle" on a dre beat? my point exactly. Snoop doesn't bull shit around when fuckin with dre.

Ya, Dre and SNoop make some incredible tracks, BUT.......you do have to admit SNoop did not exactly rip Next Episode, Bitch Niggaz, or even Bitch PLease, he rapped exactly like he usually does. However, tracks like Hen And Bud, The Wash, and On the BLVD show what snoop can really do over a Dre track.
A jay and Dre cd would be incredible, however it will never happen, EVER! And personally, i would rather see a Snoop/ Dre cd too, but after Jays Black Album maybe JAy and Dre would be close to as exciting.

Dont get me wrong, i LOVED NExt Episode, but Snoop came with the slow raps he is known for when he is lazy.......coulda came better in my opinion. Still a great song, but SNoop's flow lacked.

Thas true tho, jus like with Eve, Snoop sounds best on a Dre track.
-
i thought it would be the last album of jay-z (the black album) ???
-
IT IS A GOOD IDEA- BUT JAY Z HAS RETIRED SO IT WOULD LOOK STUPID.
BUT THAT SHIT WOULD PROBABLY BE FIRE IF IT CAME OUT AND SELL SHIT LOADS OF COPIES.
