what are the last 3 cds you bought?? just wondering caus theres so much bullshit coming out nowadays. post what you got, when and rate it if possible.
alicia keys - this week - listened to the whole thing twice and its amazing. its about time that something like this came out cause its time for a change in my cd player, im tired of most of the recent stuff that came out. i give it a 4.5 out of 5 for r&b standards
outkast - last week - not quite sure yet, probably a 4 or 4.25 out of 5, good album, "love below" is better than "speakerboxxx" imo
paris - 2 weeks ago - havent heard it enough, i give it a 4.25, but it will probably grow on me, great record
-
last one.. lifestyle - liquid cocaine
before that.. i dunno.. there were 2 big orders came a few weeks back with all kinds...
-
Timbaland & Magoo - Under Construction Pt. II (4/5)
Jay-z - The Blueprint 2 (2/5)
Korn - Take A Look In The Mirror (4.5/5)

Not all new but anyway:
Cappo - Spaz The World (4/5)
Ego Trips The Big Playback (4/5)
Montell Jordan - This Is How We Do It (4/5)
And got Diary Of Alicia Keys on order, probably get it tomoz.

I bought three classic discs from Sandbox few days ago, but it seems as you want us to post the last "new" album we bought. So I gotta go with "The Black Album", I bought it when it was dropped in Germany (a week after the release in the U.S.).
-

I really liked it. It's not really dead prez though, they're only together on like 4 tracks. Their affiliates are on it a lot too. Overall I thought it was really dope.

Rick Springfield
Hall & Oats
Billy Ray Cyrus

dead prez: as usual dp is on point and they are on every single song (White Folk and Patriotic Amerikkkans will have a problem with this record). Glad to see Onyx rep that grimy shit once again, dp and onyz weird combo, but blends perfectly together.
RZA: dissapointed, although glad to see my lil homeboy Kinetic get his shine, always told him he had the skills and the mind set and that positive aspect seperates him from the rest of KA. Sounds like something overseas heads might like, just doesn't have that real grimy Staten Island sound, lyrics are weak and only shines when he drops that GODBODY wisdom, but most wouldn't/couldn't understand it anyway.
Big Noyd: Great album, glad to see my former label "mate" finally get his shine on a full complete album. Havoc and Alchemist did they thing production wise.

Yeah, I see what you mean. I'm White but never offended since I'm not a racist. If you're offended by that music it's because it hits too close to home.

Yea I always trip how White kids can listen to rappers say nigga, nigga, nigga, nigga, nigga, all day, blastin' it out of their car systems in they hoods, but I soon as they say "fuck/kill a cracker" they have some problems. ::)
But they are a revolutionary group and their lyrics and beats are on point, they can really kill a crunk or east-coast beat with ease. We need more groups/artists like dp to balance the other shit out there.

Jayo Felony - Crip Hop
Dogg Pound - Dogg Food
Cypress Hill - Cypress Hill
