Title: Tray Deee officially charged.
Post by: mrtonguetwista on December 05, 2003, 11:32:04 AM: LOS ANGELES -- Rapper Tray Deee, a member of the hip-hop group Tha Eastsidaz, was charged with assault in connection with a shooting last month, prosecutors said.

No one was injured in the Nov. 7 attack on two people outside a business.

The 37-year-old rapper, whose real name is Tracy Lamar Davis and is known as Tracy Muhammad, was charged Thursday with two counts of assault with a semiautomatic firearm along with shooting at an occupied motor vehicle and possession of a firearm.

He was ordered held in lieu of $710,000 bail, with arraignment set for Monday.

No further information was available about the shooting.

Davis formed Tha Eastsidaz with rappers Snoop Dogg and Goldie Loc. The group has released two albums.

A convicted victem is never allowed to posess a firearm, muchless a stolen one and shoot up a place with it. this fucking sucks, he is my favorite rapper, and now he is gonna get locked up again. shit he's already an old rapper, and now here is more wasted time.

Yeah, I was also surprised by his $710,000 bail...that's a lot. Tray has been in-and-out of jail a lot in his life but I really he thought he wouldn't end up back again in jail since he got his music career going.

Damn, this sucks big time.
