TMpeg or the mpeg2 version of virtual dub.

I have a feeling tmpeg is vcd only unless your register so I think virtualdubmod does it for free.

Thanx a lot. I'm converting it, but it's like 1GIG. Is there something to divide the file in 2 cdrs?

You can use virtual dub to save a section, so select half and save it then select the rest and save it as a second part.  Then convert em  ;D
