OK I want to take a picture and paste something on it. What kind of program would I use for that?

he has such low karma cause there is a bunch of skirts on wcc nowadays, and their pussy's are always hurting.  Lincoln keeps it real and speaks his real mind, which must offend quite a few faggets on here.  I guess pressing that diss button  gives all the Sally Sue's on here a sense of power.
