Is that Down rapping on there?  Is he part of the Pocos Peros Locos?

Pocos Pero Locos is not a rap group. It's a lame syndicated radio show dedicated to playing garbage Latin Hip Hop. Yes, the horrible rapper, Down is on the song. Pocos Pero Locos only has a few highlights, when they play stuff like Psycho Realm, Shadow, Seldom, Conejo, and stuff along those lines, but for the most part, it's crap.

They have that show on Power 106 and yeah, it's as bad as you described.
