Title: The West Coast MC tournament - Who'll win?
Post by: T-Dogg on December 21, 2003, 02:31:07 PM: It's getting pretty close to ending, the tourney... Who you think will win? The possibilities right now are Xzibit, Brotha Lynch Hung, Daz, Bad Azz, Knoc-Turn'al and Ras Kass. Place your bets now! ;D Have a guess at it, will ya?

Post by: SGV on December 21, 2003, 02:35:52 PM: Ras Kass is the best emcee out of all of them, easily. But, skills don't matter, albums don't matter, affiliation matters. It's obvious Xzibit will win. I bet people think Restless is a better album than Soul On Ice.

I bet people think Restless is a better album than Soul On Ice.

I think it's damn close. Soul On Ice is better lyrically but Restless is way better in terms of production, and Xzibit's delivery is much better than Ras Kass' on these albums.

he'll win, i think if anyone wants to be on the board they gotta know he's the best outta the finalists.

We should've had one with the higher rappers, MC Eiht, WC, Ice-T, would've made it harder and more interesting.

Yup, that's what makes Xzibit the best out West, imo..
Ras Kass is a clear #2, just too bad he haven't got the recognition Xzibit got.. (yet) :-\
