Title: Chris Botti - The Last Three Minutes (new Dr Dre production)

Chris Botti is a jazz musician (plays the trumpet) and this song is off his latest LP, A Thousand Kisses, and is the first collaboration between Burt Bacharach and Dr Dre. It's been out for about a month now and no one else has posted about it (to my memory) so i was just wondering what people thought about it. These are two of my favourite music writers and so i was extremely hyped about this (and Chris Botti is an amazing trumpet player) and it is a very nice slow (but quite 'edgy' for Jazz) song, i was a bit disappointed, i wanted the track to evolve more, but it is still a very nice song and i can't to hear more from Burt and Andre. Dre's guiterist and sometimes co-producer, Mike Elizondo, also plays the bass on another track of the LP.

Actually, the music was written by both Dre and Bacharach.


I picked up the cd today, it's fuckin smooth.

very nice and easy to listen to. I only listen to jazz on the radio, i should buy some albums.
