If you could choose any artist in rap to have an entire album produced by Dr. Dre, in this day and time, who would you pick?
Here's me:
1. Snoop - Even tho some say he's fallen off, whenever he is on a Dre track, he ups his game, and his delivery is still the shit. I don't care if they call it "Doggystyle pt. 2" or whatever, but it would be dope as hell if this was to happen.
2. Crooked I - If Crooked I dropped at the level we saw him do a few years ago on a lot of tracks, I think this would be a heeeeelluva album.
3. Jay-Z - Most of us heard the rumor a few weeks ago about Iovine offerin 5 mil for this to happen..this is sorta what inspired this thread. But we all kno this would be a great album.
4. Ras Kass - Even tho the songs they did back in 98 weren't classic material, I think these two could come up with the chemisty to make an amazing album.
5. Ice Cube - A lotta people say he's washed up, but his delivery still sounds hungry, and he still can spit real lyrics when he wants to. But him on some dark modern day Dre tracks would be way 2 sick.
Other artists that I think would make a dope collabo album - Roscoe (did anyone ever hear his radio freestyle to "Still Dre?" shit was dope as hell), The Game, Busta Rhymes, Eminem (I coulda put him higher on my list but I'd rather hear those artists because Em has done a lot of work with Dre in the last few)

Now that I think of it, you know who would make an amazing album with Dr. Dre?...Immortal Technique
His harse and powerful delivery would fit perfectly over Dre's banging, sometimes grimey beats and check out him freestyling over the "In Da Club" instrumental. He KILLED it.

Why? Because if its entirely produced by Dre, it may never come out.

Ras Kass + Dr Dre - wouldn't work at all. All of the attempts that Ras has made to do club tracks just haven't worked because his rapping doesn't suit these kinds of tracks. He needs subtle production that puts the focus on his lyrics, not Dre's style of production.
For Ras Kass also read Planet Asia, and most of the other real lyricists mentioned in this thread.
Xzibit + Dr Dre - since Dre has been working with Xzibit, I can't think of one really amazing song that he has done for him. Both of Xzibits last two albums have been nothing compared to his first two, and Dre hasn't even produced the best tracks on either of them. Xzibit + E Swift is what we want.
Crooked I + Dr Dre - Crooked I used to sound dope over laid back g funk style production with the occasional more aggressive track. Dre doesn't do G Funk anymore, and I don't really think a whole Crooked I album produced by Dre would be that dope really. I wouldn't mind him like producing a club track for the single from Crooked I, but a whole album would be too much.
Snoop + Dr Dre - haven't been feeling Snoop at all in the last few years, but I actually think that having Dre produce at entire album for him might be the way forward to make him hungry again. He hasn't really found anyone else who he has such a chemistry with production wise (I think Warren G could have a similar chemistry with him if he actually let Warren produce some tracks), and I think it would make for an album which although it probably won't be a classic would still be a damn sight better than Snoops recent albums.

Soopafly's tight, plus I've already heard them over Dre beats.

1. Pharoahe Monch - The illest lyricist ever, imo, on the best producers beats ever.
2. Rakim - Among the best MC's ever, and a LP which have been hyped to unkknown heights.
3. Xzibit - Dr.Dre + Xzibit = Banger, simple as that.
Lately, Dre seems to have tossed X some leftovers though.
4. Royce da 5'9 - They have worked together before, and Royce ghostwrote for Dre.
Royce is sicker than ever now, just a matter of time before Def Jam or some big label picks him up.
5. Snoop Dogg - Dre + Snoop never fails, just too bad they only a track or two for eachother, and not a whole album.
