It''s not that I really care about Ja Rule''s next album. If it sounds anything like his latest, I''ma pass this one. Especially on the beats level, Blood in my Eye is seriously lacking.

In an interview he said he wants to be commercial like on the last albums (expect for "Blood In My Eye", although it didn't have real underground-feeling either), so I'll ignore his new release.

But a collabo with Fredro Starr would fit very well, because Fredro's last album was garbage too.

no...originally he was supposed to drop albums like this:

venni vetti vicci

that way he could say he made a full circle in the hip hop industry (or pop music). either way he threw that idea out the window.
