Title: What Track is this?

I was listening to Power 106 a couple of weeks ago on a wednesday @ 12 when they play some "old school tracks" and wednesday being westcoast wednesday, they were playin nuthin but ol school west coast tracks (AMG, snoop, quik, ATL)....and they played this one track i know i heard before when i was little, but i never knew who made it only thing i remember is the hook goin slow like and sayin "***** cant get away, ****** Funky Ride)....i think in the beginnin it says something like the westcoast i think...can ya'll help....thx...PEACE
