Since people are getting fined now for downloading music (Kazaa users), what are alternative peer-to-peer file sharing services?
Is it true that you can't get caught if you use Kazaa Lite?
-
i think they are cracking down on all the popular ones like winmx & kazaa (i dont know about kazaalite). if you use ftp's i dont think they can catch you.

i dont know why people worry about this shit so much i hack direct tv those stupid muthafuckaz aint caught me and all u need is a couple of firewall programs and hacking shit so they cant catch u and have a dynamic IP adress so it could change all the time or i think Static IP but either way dont trip use soulseek to download and kazaa lite its way better than kazaa and dont share files

Dynamic IP won't help you if they find out your IP, the ISP's keep track of each IP you have had assigned for a long time, and a static IP will of course not make the case better.
RIAA lost against Verizon in court, so ISP's no longer have to give out names/adress if a private org. asks.. which means that lawsuits is more difficult for RIAA now.. 8)
But then again, non-Americans need not worry about getting sued.

non-americans need not worry about getting sued by the RIAA, but you can still get busted

No, you can't.
Not unless your country have specific laws against it, and most countries don't.

well obviously my country has laws against it, being that 3 kids got fined $60k each like 4 months ago
