check samsung verizon. first phone with dual color on inside and outside, and probably the best color you'll have seen on a phone thus far.

I just got a new Audiovox 8600...Its not a picture phone, but its light in weight, got a color screen and a shit load of games and ringers plus other features....Its a cool phone.

ok i sell cell phones everday so heres a few things to think about:
whether or not the phone is tri-mode or all digital:
tri-mode is better for coverage.
the LG VX6000 (what i have) is the coolest phone as far as the special features but its an all digital phone, if you're worried about coverage then forget it.
the samsung A530 that justin was talking about is horribly priced for something that really isnt that great of a phone.
the motorola T730 (sister phone to the T720) is a good phone as far as coverage & special shit but its made like a piece of shit. its not durable at all.
never ever go with any of: Kyocera, Nokia, Audiovox
I sell the audiovox represent was talking about and its not the worst phone but you can get much better for less money.
my recommendation for a phone if you want a good one is the LG VX4400
there are 2 different colors (grey & blue), it has a full color screen, its tri-mode so you will get the best coverage, and its made well. LG makes a great phone.
i dont know if i sound like im being an idiot giving you all this info but hopefully it will help you.

dude nokia is a piece of shit. thats why 90% of the time nokia's are the free phones. they dont last worth shit. most of the time when people come into my work and tell me their phone is broken its a nokia. that shit is horrible and its not clear at all.

i got the A530 on sale for about $150....i saw it in a radio shack catolog for about $400

every cell phone you see in a catolog is going to be full price. we can't list the price we actually sell it for. thats verizon's deal. we sell it for 199 dollars. and compared to the VX6000 (which is 79.99) the VX4400 (which is 69.99), and the T730 (which is 79.99) it ain't shit. and its not that well made.
^^ smerlus what you havent realized is that radio shack actually has better prices than the verizon store itself. they give us more leverage because we sell more phones for them than anyone else.

ill tell you exactly why its on ebay for 230. its people who are not eligible to upgrade their phone so the only thing they can do is try to get one off ebay for less than the straight up price (349.99), all the 79.99 is is a sale...its normally 149.99 with a 70 dollar rebate. but thats because verizon (as long as you extend or agree to a 2 year contract) throws in 200.00 of the price of the phone bringing it from 350 to 150.
